What is the shelf-life of the Broth Bag?
It is best consumed within 3-5 days when refrigerated, or freeze for up to 2 weeks.
Refrigerate after opening!
Do I throw out the fat?
No. The fat is great for both preserving the bags when refrigerate and can be used for sautéing veggies for other uses. It also prevents freezer burn when freezing your stock.
Do you need to add water to the broth?
No.
For your convenience, our broth bag contains delicious ready to use broth that is perfect for your daily dishes.
Is the Broth Bag microwavable?
Yes, but we do not recommend microwaving the bag. We highly encourage you to pour desired amount into a microwave-safe bowl to perfectly portion and avoid reheating the bag each use.
